A NEW SYSTEM STARTING FROM NOW.

Hey Guys,

I have observed that for alot of our reports, we always have trouble collecting it all on time and standardising the formats and such. Therefore, starting from now, there will be a NEW system in collecting reports, technology! :D

To be more specific, it is mainly to send ur reports to each one in charge of the grp in the "Spreading of info" System.

Broken down into steps:

1. Finish the report

2. Notify the people collecting and the grp leaders( Yifan, Ernest, Kendrick)

3.Send the report to them

4. They will print out the report (hopefully..)

5. Then, pass the reports to the person in charge of collecting the next morning of collection

6. He will then pass to the CL

7. Result?= Handed in reports on time and save our strength from pumping :D

For this to work, we would obviously need everyones cooperation after all.

So i hope this can change the way we collect our reports and reduce the needlessness to get PUMPINGS FOR NOTHING!
