Now, I know what u all are thinking, "omg this is boring, i dun care abt this at all" .
Well think about it, this topic is reflecting what we ARE about to do in 4 months. I know that most of us have not have the right attitude and the right mindset to be taking over but there is still an opportunity to change. If we do not start now, we are doomed. Not only us, the unit will be pulled down because of us. Do you all want to be blamed for bringing down what our previous batches of seniors have brought up?
Now answer yourselves this question: 'What am I going to do when we are taking over? Do I have the right skills to do it now? Can I develop future leaders?
The answer to all this lies within yourselves. If YOU dont have the right attitude, dont even start on trying to develop future leaders if you cannot even develop yourself.
The choice is yours guys, be it now or 4 months later, CHANGE is a must. I strongly believe that we are all MATURED enough to think about this. We are at the last lap of the race already, all we need is a final push in everyone's attitude and the race is ours. I really hope I spent my time here well and hope that my words can get inside your brain. Time is going fast and by february, there is going to be a GIGANTIC improvement in our squad.
It all starts with you. Dont start now, and no progress will be made. Change is a must, and Change I believe will happen.
