Things to take note from last activity (friday, 25/03/11)

Hey guys,

Things to take note:

-Reports. Those that have not handed up any report (either the report on 'Leadership' or the Annual Camp report or both), please hand in it to me to consolidate it.

-Hair. Please cut your hair if you hair is too long.

-Win. Win competitions!

-NCO Course. For the following activities (should be excluding next friday, as Staff Terry said he would not be around), you might be taking the secondary ones and twos for 3rd class drills. Do prepare.

-'Leadership' Reports. For those that did not come on friday's activity, please collect your reports from Ernest at 3D on Monday. James Sir wrote some comments for everyone that handed up the reports.

-2nd Class Drills. Paul Sir want us to read up on the 2nd Class Drill notes. If you have lost it, find someone that have it and photocopy. Take note of the Methods of Instructions (MOI).

Tips from CLs for taking secondary ones and twos for drills:

1. Be confident when you speak

2. Do not discuss any plans in front of them. This should be done backstage.

3. Move around and check if they are doing the drill right.

4. Cadet welfare. Give adequate water breaks.

5. If you cadet is in the sun, you must be in the sun too.

6. Be strict. Do not be too lenient.

7. Give drill commands loudly so that everyone can hear.
